We require a minimum of 8 guests for the Garden Tea, 10 guests for the Victorian Tea, and 12 guests for the Royal Tea to ensure the best experience and service quality. For smaller groups, please reach out for tailored options.

A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your event. Final payment is due 7 days before your event.

Cancellations made more than 72 hours in advance will be refunded, minus the deposit. Within 72 hours, your payment is non-refundable, but we’re happy to offer a credit or reschedule with you!

Tables and chairs are available as an optional add-on and are not included in the base package. Because guest count, table size preferences, and venue needs vary, a personalized quote will be provided upon request.

(Note: We currently have two rectangular tables available for small gatherings.)

Delivery is included at no extra charge for events within 50 miles of our base location, ensuring a seamless, mobile tea experience brought directly to you.

For pickup or delivery-only orders without onsite service, an 18% service fee and California State Tax apply.

For full-service catering, a 20% service fee and California State Tax will be added to all orders.
